Strategic Diagnostics: Organizational Assessment Tool
D.I.AL.O.G (Data Indication Alignment of Organizational Goals) is an organizational assessment tool developed to establish relevant data to accurately evaluate the health and effectiveness of the business. The assessment provides a comprehensive perspective of the business based on the criteria for Performance Excellence as used by the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program.
Our approach is unique in that we measure the interrelationships of the essential business elements which become predictors of future strength. We measure how well critical elements are working together to achieve business and strategic goals, and which of these critical elements are working against you, to impede future success.
Key Activities Include:

New Product and Market Development:
The strategic plan often defines growth opportunities through launching new products and markets. The new product process is continually needed to meet the needs of changes in customer requirements, technology and regulation/deregulation.
We work with you to define new concepts, products and market segments. The process includes the screening of ideas, and the creation of a comprehensive business analysis to develop, test, launch and monitor progress, with measurable results at each stage of development. The objective is to launch successful products by creating the best solutions and to continually make informed business decisions.
Danaher Development makes six distinct learning methods available for use where appropriate. These may be combined in various ways according to the client's needs.
Workshop-oriented implementation sessions are designed to put practical application behind the material studied. The number, duration, and timing of sessions will be determined based on each client's own unique situation.
Psychologists tell us that if we are exposed to a new concept or idea one time after 16 days we may remember as little as 2%. We use a method called spaced repetition, where we consciously expose your team to the same concept or idea for six different repetitions over a period of time. We increase retention rate of information to as high as 62% for a period that exceeds sixteen years.
Because of the effectiveness of spaced repetition, many of our processes involve the use of written and audio materials. Here participants conveniently make use of the power of spaced repetition. These tools are used along with an action plan that contains extensive evaluation sections and goals planning sheets, provided to each participant. Exercises and handouts are used where appropriate based on the specific needs of the participants. We custom facilitate every client.
One of the best ways to develop the commitment of the participants is to insure that they are actively involved in the learning process. Creating break-out groups and then having each participant act as a group leader and present the ideas of their group keeps the participants actively involved.
5. Practical Application
During the course of the process the participants are responsible for writing what they think the major and secondary ideas are as well as how they are actually applying these concepts and ideas.
6. Built-in Motivation
One of the key elements of the process involves the integration of personal goals with organizational results. As a result, the participants want to learn from the process because of the satisfaction and benefits they will receive through the realization of their personal goals.
